Refund policy

Full payment is required to reserve your place in my schedule. Before I begin a mockup, I’ll confirm its fee with you. Once mockup work begins, the agreed mockup fee is due, even if you decide not to move forward.

If you cancel after work begins, I’ll retain the agreed cost of completed work—including the mockup fee—and any materials already purchased that can’t be returned. Engraving or other work on your piece will begin only after you approve the final design.

Because each piece is customized, completed or altered work is not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If you have a concern about the finished work, please contact me so I can review it with you.

If an invoice becomes overdue, I’ll contact you to arrange payment. Work and return shipment may be paused until the balance is paid.
